  1. You’re going to get a lot of asshole sarcastic remarks today, but I’ve been amazed how spot on you’ve been for years. It’s the only website I trust. Thanks for getting these dates up so we can at least start getting excited. Keep up the good work, guys.

  3. You may get some sarcastic remarks today, but Brian’s been amazed how spot-on you’ve been for years. It’s the only website he trusts. He wants to thank you for getting these dates up so we can at least start getting excited. He’d like you to keep up the good work, guys.

      • The only one? Alpine’s home to some incredible shows and plenty of history. The lot’s not what it used to be, but it’s still a great venue.

Way to sound like a jaded idiot (golf clapping in your honor).

      • Oh no, a weed ticket because you are too lazy to keep it in your pocket until the show starts. at least at Alpine you can see the band, unlike northerly island, where its all sand. I’d rather camp at Alpine then see another weak Northerly Run.

      • You must have been a complete fucking idiot to get a ticket at Alpine great place if your being a total tool the cops will probably give you a hard time

  4. What could the festival be called…. Cannonball? Incrediball? Superball 11? Festiball? Bally McBallface? Endless possibilities

  5. Alpine Valley with camping please. Northerly is too flat and Chicago is very expensive, and Alpine Valley is the best outdoor venue on earth! I’ve seen 14 Phish shows and 1 Trey show with John Medeski .

    • Chicago requires Hotels, Ubers, Restaurants, Parking fee’s, etc. And honestly, their Northerly shows have been pretty tame. At least Wrigley had some excitement. Northerly is basically a sandy swamp unless you have floor tickets. Alpine is classic phish, plus you can camp. Alpine > Northerly. Now if we could get some UIC and Allstate shows we would really be in business.

      • Get an airbnb and you can get to the venue via public trans incredibly easily. I though last years run at northerly was way better than years past. That being said I’m excited about alpine. Just saying Chicago can be very affordable if you play it right.

        • There is nothing affordable about Chicago (Taxes are ridiculous in that state)We slept in my 66 ford van for the Dead shows 1992-95 at mcormik place and was still expensive

      • literally 2 hours into the middle of nowhere, gotta climb the entire hill to get a beer, and im still giving you a $400 ticket

        • EVERYTHING SAID HERE ABOUT ALPINE IS RIGHT

ITS THE BEST AND THE WORST…
bu the lot cops are the worst thing in the world. It got so bad for DMB – that despite DMB wanting to play alpine – there fans went bananas for all the drinking and weed tix. for dead and company the rent a cops were harassing everyone. if the cops left everyone alone it would be a dream venue – but its not – and as someone who lives 20 miles from alpine i hope they go somewhere else so that thousands of phans dont have their lives ruined by archaic marijuna laws combined w a police force who uses the concerts for profit. i mean cant they add $5 to each ticket price, give it to the cops – and then boom we have a fun time
